The science behind thermal spray coating is similar to the science behind galvanizing. Our process simply adds aluminum and coats the substrate at least four times thicker than hot-dip galvanizing. Recent improvements in dual-line feed arc spray technologies have made metalizing the best choice for anti-corrosion protection and the one with the lowest life-cycle costs.
