The Company's advanced technology uses a portable metalizing system whereby a dual-line feed of 85% Zinc and 15% aluminum is heated to a molten state by electric arc and propelled by air spray onto a surface. The metal solidifies immediately on contact to form a durable metallic coating. 85% Zinc, 15% aluminum wire yields optimum cathodic and barrier protection for environments up to 600 F. Other wire option are available for warmer or specialty environments.
