Our ceramic insulation has many advantages over conventional insulation.

1. It goes right against the substrate and prevents corrosion under insulation.
2. By preventing cui, it stops the degradation of efficacy that conventional insulation suffers when it gets wet.
3. It allows for UT testing so that inspectors can gauge the integrity of the substrate steel without removing it.
4. It is easier to apply and therefore less expensive than conventional insulation.
5. It can be used on lines/vessels of up to 500F to take them down to 140F OSHA's standard.
6. It will not blow off in the wind.
